A product leader who's now building with AI.

9+ years leading cross-functional teams, owning the full product lifecycle across both consultancy and embedded leadership. I've worked with direct consumers, patients through to brokers, relationship managers and BDMs.

Most recently I designed and built an internal AI product-development programme, upskilling teams on spec-driven development throughout the e2e SDLC. It's now being successfully piloted with a client.

I own a key strategic outcome for Lloyds' Commercial Lending Platform, leading a cross-functional team of ~80 across product, engineering, design and data, with delivery recognised at COO level. That includes the bank's first automated SME decisioning workflow and a GenAI financial-spreading product.

Zero to one on private healthcare's digital front door.

I ran end-to-end patient discovery, researching directly with patients to find the friction in the acquisition funnel, then owned the roadmap from zero to one across web and native app. I reimagined the online booking journey to mirror HCA's premium in-clinic experience, then launched online booking for health screenings.
